"Don is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to forms of sustainable recovery. I hurt my S.I. Joint back in 2018 and had problems up until 2021. Until that point in time, I didn't think that I would be able to play sports and live the active lifestyle I was always used to. Don demonstrated in depth how to perform exercises to strengthen the individual muscles around the joint. Like many, I've been skeptical about various forms of physical therapy, but I thought I'd roll the dice at an attempt to skirt daily pain meds. I stuck with the exercises for a few months and noticed quite a bit of improvement. After that point, I was confident enough to really dial in on those individual muscle groups when moving, lifting or exercising. After 6 months of doing this, I haven't had a single problem since.
